Website Menu spacing issue?

3) Describe problem:
Had problems with spacing below menu when originally installed, changed CSS after suggestions from this forum, which by the way worked great.

After producing hours of hyper links to creat menu, it seems the gap below the menu has returned..this time only in IE8 and 9?
Looks great in Chrome, firefox

Updated a few things, the menu is now live @ home page http://bassonline.com , additionally we have loaded menu throughout website. On the home page the spacing between header is still there, but menu function well in ie8.

Interesting enough our calendar page http://bassonline.com/calendar/ is spaced right, so as our top100 page http://www.bassonline.com/top100/

Still don't get ie problem? any ideas please....!
