I was wondering if it is possible to change the code to see the middle or bottom page of a site(not the top) and eliminate the scroll bar

Hmm not that I'm aware of. Scrolling a IFRAME in JavaScript won't work if the document contained inside is from an external source (ie:www.yahoo.com), due to JavaScript's same origin security requirement.
