IFRAME scroller problem in IE8

Hi everyone,
The IFRAME scroller is working fine in FF and Crome, but in IE8 I'm getting a another box below the one with the text. Can't figure out why.

Any help would really be appreciated. I'm new at this so please excuse my ignorance.
