Seeking a script to display employee in / out status

I am seeking a simple script much like you see in offices where an employee name is on a board and they move a little magnetic dot over the In or Out status so People know if they are in or out.

Something so simple all it would display is a radio button they would click on.

Thoughts?

Do you have a database, does this need to be secure, do you have access to any server side languages (PHP, asp, CF)?

The site is hosted on my own IIS server and is a .asp site. I run SNITZ and several other scripts that write to access databases. Not sure if that answers your question. There would only be about 20 records. My limitation . . . I don't write code. If I could find a poll script that would show the voters name, that woud even work.
