[Problem]Horizontal CSS Menus

Hi,


I had read the post about "jQuery Multi Level CSS Menu #2 (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/jquery_multi_level_css_menu_2/P180/)"

but the menu failed to drop down my blog (http://7thsboutique.blogspot.com/).

I had change the arrow URL and both file url.

may I know how to fix it?

it works perfectly when i move the menu above my post, but the menu length will get affected by my sidebar widget as seen on picture :

but i wish to put it under my header so that it could be align center, but the menu wouldn't drop down as seen in my blog (http://7thsboutique.blogspot.com/) :
