3) Describe problem: I have been using this Drop-in successfully in the footer of my Home Page in WebCT (Learning Management System (LMS) for Online Courses) for several years. We are now in the process of switching to Blackboard 9.1 LMS.(Blackboard has bought and now owns WebCT). What happens to this script in BB9.1 is that it shows up static in the footer but no longer as a dynamic drop down.
I have screen shots but don't know how to display them here.

I hope there is a fix for this. Please advise.
