How to make a link in JS?

Just a quick question on how to make a html link in JS coding? Let's say I have a random quote JS and a quote is:
"Are you new here? Why not to check our Introduction Section? Tell us who you are and a bit more"
Now I want to give a link on Introduction Section. Any help?

The context in which you are doing this is important. However, all things being more or less as one might imagine:


"Are you new here? Why not to check our <a href='intro.htm'>Introduction Section</a>? Tell us who you are and a bit more"

could work.
