IE7 borked layout versus other browsers

And the fun continues! :-)

When viewing the page at http://www.l-word.com/internal/redesign/layout.php it shows fine in chrome and Firefox and everything works like a charm.

It WAS looking great in IE7 until a day ago or so and now elements are not displaying, dropdown menu doesn't work, etc. And, to make things even better, I'm not getting any errors telling me that something's amiss.

Just for clarification, you should see a footer, content on the right column, and the large block at the top of the content area should be a rotator.
