Tab Content Script issue

I have 8-9 tabs with different content in each. Each tab has a button which when clicked opens a form which the user can fill & send. The button on first tab works fine.
My problem is when I click on the button in second tab, nothing happens there, BUT the form in the first tab gets opened.. ie., the first tab's button gets executed.

Kindly help how I should prevent this.
