Help with Div background ?

Hi Guys,

I've been bashing my forehead against the desk for the past couple of hours now, that still didn't get me anywhere but hey!

Can anyone take a look at this to see why the 'div#wrapper' won't wrap around the other divs? I really have no idea!

It's because of the floats, which by the way is not my strong side, but it may be enough to give the wrapper an overflow:hidden;
another way is to clear the floats with an extra div. Here's some more info (http://css-tricks.com/all-about-floats/)
