Lightbox Unload

I am working with this script to auto load a lightbox when the page opens.

I'm trying to get the auto "unload" functionality to work when the lightbox is open. The same functionality in reverse.

The problem is, the script does not appear prepped to handle auto unload in the same way.

Any ideas?
