Corrupt Database

A few days ago I had my Mysql database corrupted for my joomla site. It converted all the tags to BAK_ instead of JOS_

Is there anyway to fix this for my site. I made a temp site at www.seedspace.org (http://www.seedspace.org), but I was really hoping to find a way to restore the old database.

Any ideas?

Backup the database, open the text file in a text editor, do a search and replace operator for the terms, then restore it.
Alternatively, manually rename all tables.
