Howdy Y'all. I discovered the super cool Sticky Note script from a posting on another forum and I'm finding some great uses for it.

This is the script in question...

My problem is that I want to use the "oncepersession" mode, but I can't seem to get it to work with Internet Explorer 6. (I'm running XP w/ SP2). When I run it with the display option set to "always", it works fine, but "oncepersession" doesn't work at all. I've tried it on 3 computers with the same results.

Someone in an earlier post indicated that he had to modify the cookie code to make it work, but since I'm not a programmer, I really don't know what to look for.

Thanks.

Hmmm do you have cookies disabled on these browsers? There's no reason why this feature doesn't work, as it's been tested.

I totally enabled the cookies during my testing.

You know, I'm going to look more closley at the code since I had to break some of the pieces apart. I have the CSS portion at the top in a CSS section and the actual script below that. I don't think that could cause the problem, but perhaps I left a < or > out or something like that.

I got this one figured out everyone. I had to move some code around and it looks like the when I moved the script below the CSS in the <head> section, it started working for IE. Firefox doesn't seem to care.
