[RESOLVED] I seriously need some help here!! No one is responding!!!

I made this site using IE 7. But when I tested it in Fire Fox 3, Internet Explorer 6, and the rest the page became deformed and chunky... any idea how to fix this? Code attached bellow

When I put in a background image in the header (instead of a color), how come it wont work? New code highlighted in yellow

gah.. sorry about this but it turns out all i neded to do was place the image in the images folder :o
