Cool Dhtml - tooltip opens outside window

When you mouseover "Support Children's Miracle Network" on the page, the tooltip opens vertically 'up' and displays half outside of window. How do I change the script so the tooltip opens 'down'?

What if you delete the following 3 lines inside the script:


if (bottomedge<tipobj.offsetHeight)
tipobj.style.top=ie? ietruebody().scrollTop+event.clientY-tipobj.offsetHeight-offsetypoint+"px" : window.pageYOffset+e.clientY-tipobj.offsetHeight-offsetypoint+"px"
else
