Looking for a schedule/booking script for dance classes

Can anyone suggest one, or make one for a good price?

It needs to allow clients to sign up to the site, then be able to sign in with their user name & password, be directly connected to a schedule of all classes (50 or 60 different classes available, I think), choose all classes for the week or month that they will attend, and whenever that record is created or changed, the client & the company each get an email with the new info reflected.

No payments needs to be involved, they pay a monthly fee to take as many classes as they want.

Actually, even simpler, the email part isn't important, as long as there is a record that the dance studio can look at every day with a list of people that signed up for classes the day before.

It can even be one long list of everyone that's ever signed up ever, and they can just delete the past records as they go.

So it would be a form that only logged in members can submit, and rather than getting an email every time an individual person submitted the form, a dance studio employee will go in and look at the list every day and record who signed up for what (by record I mean they can just type the new info into a Word document or whatever).
