Script that gets the Stock Exchage rate

Hi all

I'm look for a script that gets the stock exchage rate for the JSE, NASDAQ, Hang Seng, FTSE100, DJIA, Nikkei and XAO.

I need to make a table displaying these values.

*********| VALUE | CHANGE | % CHANGE
JSE*******| 27487.38 | 972.31 | 3.67
NASDAQ***| 2268.55 | -184.55 | -1.25

Is there anybody that can help me?
