Need script for drop down menu with rollover image

I would like to make a drop down menu and when you rollover the the button above it, the button has a rollover state.
Does anyone know an easy script for this.
I can get one or the other, but can't find both.

I want to keep the rollover glow and add a drop down menu when you hover over the button.

christichambers ! In case you are having problems getting it working. I have attached a zipfile with the menu having your images in place. I could see that it was going to be a little tricky so i took the challenge, but it's only a demo and there may still be different issues. Remember to unzip it first.
