Webcam stream flickering

Hi!

I'm creating a travel guide about Gran Canaria, and I have a webcam section.
Firefox and Chrome recognize a mjpg stream, but the problem is that it flickers.
Finally I created a script that pulls the jpg preview image in intervals and that does not flicker.

However, it would be nicer to have the mjpg stream, as it is faster, but without the flickering.
