1) Script Title: Smooth Navigational Menu (v1.4)

3) Describe problem: DD, I am trying to add in Smooth Navigational Menu (v1.4) (vertically) to a webpage. I have already used it horizontally on another site with no problems.
Vertically, the page bounces when a mouseover is performed on a link with a submenu. It does not bounce on links with no submenu.
It bounces in IE8 and also FireFox 3.6+, I have downloaded and tried using the original jquery and also the latest jquery (jquery-1.4.2.min.js), I have copied and pasted the dev content from:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddsmoothmenu_dev.htm
and it bounces also.

When mousing over Home there is no problem, when mousing over the second link the page bounces. Also, I noticed that the arrow (right) does not align on a right margin, but directly adjacent to the text.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
