okay, i looked through all the options for menus/navigation, but i couldn't find this. basically, on this here (http://prettyclaire.ipbfree.com) site, up the top and above the banner you'll see that there is a black bar with tabs on top. i want it to be so that when you hover over the tabs, a menu slides down from the black bar under the tab, floating over the banner. i would appreciate if it was a smooth motion.
