Image w/Tooltip v2.0 issue

3) Describe problem: I am usually very good at making your scripts work and this script seems pretty straight forward since I have been using the former version for a couple years now. I want to switch to this version to reduce code on the page but have been unable to make it work for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am sure it is something stupid that I missed but have not been able to see it.

Never mind I'm dumb, something must have been wrong in the way I changed the style on the .js file and made everything not work.

Here's another question though, the old version you could make it so the image didn't move with the mouse. Is there a way to do this with the new version too, I don't see the same value in the script or a area that defines it.
