Script: Top Navigational Bar

This may sound a bit silly but i'm new to scripting and how can i move the top navigational bar to where i want it to be after inserting the script into the <head> and the <body>. For example i have my logo/banner on the top and want the bar to be under not at the top of the banner

TNB 1, 2 or 3?

TNB3, edit custom.js and change values ABStop from 0 to around perhaps 300. Keep increasing this number until the menu falls below the banner.

Sorry its TNB 1, and how can i also change the width.

You can't set this in TNB 1, so if you can, implement this with TNB3:

File config.js

var stretchMENU = true; // show empty cells
var showBORDERS = true; // show empty cell borders

Set these to false. It won't show excess cells, so controls the width.
