Select Box underlay problem with cool DHTML tooltip I

hi,

i am using cool dhtml tooltip in my application i have a problem with that, it is not showing the tooltip where there is a select box near that text field.. It is working fine with IE8 but it not working with IE6.plz anyone solve my problem...
