does any one know a html download code that i can put on my site so people can click on it and it will download what ever i have put on????

I'm not sure I understand you.

For example, to link to a .exe file you want to download, do this:
<a href="download.exe">link</a>

Please rephrase your question... :)

Replace download.exe with the filename.
