Flash avatar maker that can save out to GIF/JPG

I was wondering if there was a tutorial on how to create something like http://www.amctv.com/originals/madmen/madmenyourself/ but with real picture and drawings together, and be able to save it. I found this http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=99393 but not much else.

The short answer is no. This is about 5 or 6 different aspects put together.

Technically yes, but you will need an import tutorial to bring in pictures/images, you will need the image change tutorials, drag n drop n swap, shared object tutorials, and on and on.

I haven't found just a one stop tutorial for this type of movie.
