Interstitial Content Box And IE 8

I have used this script, and it is not funtioning in internet explorer 8, although works in 7 and firefox and google chrome. the error details are listed below:

I have done some research on this and it is something to do with .net 2.0 which internet explorer uses, i have disabled all the security features but still no joy. Has a work around been found for this yet? thank you in advance

The script should work in IE8- the DD demo works fine for me. Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

I have problem with Interstitial Content Box regarding drop down menu.
When my content box pop up i can select menu over it.
