Lightbox 2.03 is incompatible with Facebox. Lightbox 2.04 can be made to work with it, but neither version of Lightbox display video. And Facebox cannot display video.

I'd suggest getting another script. Lightwindow (site currently down):

can do video, as can at least a few others, like (possibly) Thickbox:
