Can you make a page, HTML, that can be accessed only by logging in? How?

or you can search google for .htaccess, but it will protect the whole directory not just one page.

I agree: Javascript logins are a bad idea. However, the OP specified that it must be an HTML page, so server-side scripts/.htaccess are out.
