Manipulate Robots to High Page Rank your site

Hi everyone, new here. I'm after a script to manipulate google robots into providing a high page rank of my site.
I managed to find this site by searching a high ranking site and noticed their was a script called 'robots'. I cannot manage to find it here.
Could anyone give it to me please? Also how does it work, does it trick the robots into thinking the site is older than it is and that it is regularly updated? Would like to understand, only have very small knowledge of xhtml and css :o.

Don't try it, and I don't think anyone here will help you.
It used to be possible to trick search engines such as by putting false content where they looked and making the rest of the page an ad, but now google is smarter than that so it's not going to be easy, to say the least. And with every trick someone comes up with, google comes up with something to block it.
What will end up happening is that your site may temporarily be bumped up and then after that punished for tricking the system-- google lowers page rank on suspicious pages.
