Moving around containers

Here (http://www.modernrevolutions.vivid-avenue.net) is my site. I have just created a new layout, however cannot get the content box and the sidebox to move around as i would like them too. How can I change it :/

I would like to move almost freely. I would like to move them up and to the left.
