1) Script Title: jquery_drop_line_tabs in the DIV (position fixed)

3) Describe problem: i try to use jquery drop line tabs in the header which are position fixed, before i scroll the body of mya web it look good but after i scroll down the appearance of the jquery drop line tabs going down not like before scroll
