I'd suggest using:

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/fadeinslideshow.htm

or:

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/swissarmy/index.htm

Both can be made to look and feel like the one you mention except for the variety of IE only transitions. To make up for it, both feature a cross browser fade transition. Both scripts may be used as many times as you want on a page. Each has other optional features you may or may not want to employ.
