I need help to add a Toggle Drop Box Down

I am new and I am not sure if this is the right name for what I need. I will attache 2 pictures of what I need. I want to ask if is someone who can help me with the code for this kind of drop down box (?) which I want to put on my web site? Doesn't need to be exactly the same as in pictures but I want something similar if is possible. Any suggestion will be helpful for me! I am looking for a code to build something like this over the internet and I didn't founded. Maybe YOU can help me in this problem (for me) .
