ddtabsmenu stec=xt in tabcontiner doesn't appear

3) Describe problem: I cannot get the second level menu to appear. I can see the top level tabs menu but cannot see the sub menu items, The area they should be in is there as I have looked at it on firebug but the text doesn't appear
