About moving image preview

First of all I need to say I'm sorry if my post is in the wrong group. I'm new to this css image preview.
Question is;
How can I make a moving preview image, when I move my mouse over the picture? You can check the following link to understand what I exactly mean.

It seems your topic is solved... Please set the status to resolved.. To do this:
Go to your first post ->
Edit your first post ->
Click "Go Advanced" ->
Then in the drop down next to the title, select "RESOLVED"
