Menu Help Needed

Hi all,

If anyone can help me with the following I will be a very happy man!

I have created a menu located at http://www.thetechaven.com (Click site start), it is a one level menu though now i want to make it a multi level, example...

The idea is so when you hover over News you got list pop out the side for news sections...
