Random Question about Flash

i have a toolbar system in flash that i would like to use...

i have a problem though...

i want the bar to be at the bottom of my screen and have fold up menus, which i have done. But when I put this into a page my menu is limited to scrolling in the size of the flash document...

ie. I want the thing to look like this

with the 'up bar moving over the page and having a clear surround around it...

but what i am getting is the size limit of the flash animation doing this

and cutting the top off...

is there any way of setting the animation/html to allow the bar to come into other areas of the wabpage?

No.
It is, however, possible to make the animation to the correct size, then using:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">so that it doesn't hide the HTML. I think. No Flash expertise at all here.
