Make script to open in frames?

I found a script on this site that does what i need it to do

but, I cannot figure out how to open the page in frames. I plan on choosing a year,month then day then it will show the video of the day
I have set my page up so it has an inline frame for showing the content

Can anyone tell me how to make this script open in the inline frame.
