CSS Side Panel - content not showing on some Browsers

I am using CSS side panel on my web site and it is really working well except for some people. It seems it does not show the content page on Internet Explorer 6. Don't know about others but it does say that it should work on Internet Explorer 5+.

Is there any code we have missed out?

Our web site is www.ethknits.co.uk.

We used the template at the top of the css list. The left frame stays still while the right hand frame moves. It is working in Internet Exporer 8, Firefox and Opera but does not work in the earlier Internet Explorers 6 or 7. Although the template says that it works in Internet Explore 5+.
