Hi

I wanted to integrate a web based web conference application in my website that would support the following:

1. Audio / Video conferencing

2. Desktop Sharing

3. Instant messages

Do you know any such tool available? Free or paid?

Thanks

For 1 & 3, Skype is a good free service. I believe they also have an optional features for some types of sharing, perhaps not desktop sharing. In many of the more recent Windows operating systems there is its native "Remote Assistance" feature, which once configured can share the desktop.

Also of interest would be Google Wave. I think they are still in development, but it promises to be a great tool for this sort of thing.

1. I want to to embedd into my website, so it needs to be browser based.

2. I would need to do real time conferences with my members so its important to have a conference feature into the tool.

Many thanks

You'll need flash or Java applets. It won't be free, and probably not cheap.

One paid solution is RHUB. Instead of a web-based service, it's actually a physical appliance that you pay once for. Then you don't have any monthly fees, just the initial cost of the appliance. Their website is http://www.rhubcom.com
