Menu Bar links display/play video content

The design is:
- three column format (left/right menus, center column is content)
- a menu of videos to play in a menu list on the left (or right)
- mouseover a menu item displays the video in the center column
- video item in center column is 'sticky' (does not change until mouseover another menu item)
- video plays when video in center column is clicked

Thoughts/ideas?
