How do you make like a top poster??

Also, how you make like for example forum topics to show on your home page. Like if i have a topic that says Help Forums then it shows it on the home page and if make a new topic on that same section like BLAH it will change and show BLAH. If i have like 7 Fourms 7 topics that are the lastest posted are shown on my home page. How you make that??

It really depends on the forum software you're using. For vBulletin.com, there are "hacks", or code tidbits that let you display the most recent forum posts on regular web pages. I'm sure every other major forum software such as phpbb.com also support something similar. You should post in their support forums for exact instructions.
