Hi, I can't read my previous posts, what are the codes for newer post-home-previous posts? Where should I put these codes thanks.

Hi, can anybody help me? I have a blog at sevencolorsofrainbow.blogspot.com and I have a custom template that i downloaded from blogskins.com, I think the template do not have a newer posts- home-older posts link and also no archive, so I can't read my previous posts that I posted on February 2009, so please me is there a codes for archive and newer posts-home-older posts link? Also, I have third party add on like tag board and silent stat counter, will that affect the archiving codes? thanks alot !!
