I'd like to make the descriptions appear from the top of the images, and not from the bottom as it's set in the script. I don't know where to tune it. Any help ?

Another question - where can I tweak the position of the text ? I'd like to make it appear slightly more onto the right to match with the text located at the bottom of my images.

Well, the description DIV carries a CSS class of "fadeslidedescdiv", so you may want to try styling that DIV to give text inside it some left indent:

text-indent: 10px;
