I'm trying to create the news scroller similar to http://www.nyc.gov/portal/index.jsp?front_door=true
NYC RIGHT NOW with the back and forward arrows and stop

I had a quick scroll through their source code, and much to my surprise, it is a Dynamic Drive Script:

If you would like me to modify the code to gain an effect similar to the nyc.gov website, I'll base it on this script (seeing as they did :p)
