Streaming Flash

Ive just finished my new web site but have hit a problem that didnt even cross my mind.

When someone goes onto my vdeo gallery all of the video files start to download as ive had to embed them on the page.

How can i stream the video when someone press play? rather than all the files trying to download at once as its taking over 5 mins to download :S
