How to scrool and stop a MySQL database in website?

Dear Admin... I need to know the scripts of vertical scrolling and stop of a number of Mysql data website.. Please help.

can you explain more of what you want to do? It sounds like you want to display your whole database in an area on your website and be able to scroll through it to view the contents?

For example: I have a MySQL table consists of 10 records of data that I want to display each 2 records of the data for about 3 seconds and the next 2 records will be displayed again for the next 3 seconds until the last records. Would you like to give me suggestion of the scripts. Thanks a lot
