StepCarousel in Thickbox iFrame

I am trying to load my stepCarousel into a Thickbox iFrame. Outside of the iframe the code works (in all browsers), inside the Thickbox generated iFrame it doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

One quick note, it only does this in Firefox and IE6 :(
