Apply CSS to Your Forum Logo?

I wonder if you can apply the CSS style as shown on page:

to a forum logo? You know, the image associated with your forum account that shows when you make a post. Like this one!

Theoretically, yes. In practice, no. There is no mechanism setup for it on the forum, and both forum rules (well not explicitly, but they do limit the image size), and the way the forum software works (prevents the injection of css and javascript) would prevent it.
